Not all companies can function by following the office hoteling principle. It might not work for a company that handles confidential information and documents or a company in which a stable office space is a must. However, it is beneficial for a work environment that requires lots of traveling.

Office hoteling accommodates and supports worker mobility. The employees who need to travel can work for a few weeks from the office and away from it other times.
