These training rooms are not just utilized for the purpose of providing employees with a learning space, but they also act as an interactive space where the sharing of ideas and thoughts is encouraged. In the past, traditional training rooms were made for the sole purpose of training; but modern training spaces are being designed in such a way that they can be utilized for multiple purposes. This will save the company the cost of building separate areas for different purposes including meetings, team projects, interviews and much more.
However, no matter how much effort is put into making the training room atmosphere less boring and more interactive, it is perceived as uninteresting by the employees.
